Childline
A free, confidential service for children and young people with counsellors available from 7.30am to 3am.  Information for adults is also available.

Aspens provides help and advice for children, young people and adults living with a range of disabilities and autism in East Sussex.

CLASS+
CLASS+ works across East Sussex supporting families of young people with autism. It offers a weekly advice line, signposting, support groups, training for parents and short pieces of home based support for school aged children.

Home Start
One-to-one support and group work to increase confidence, safety and independence of local children and families who have experienced adversity.

Care for the Carers
Practical and emotional advice face-to-face or by phone, the charity runs support  groups, training programmes and events across the county. The charity can link you up with other carers and support you to meet new people.

Young Carers
There are more than 3,000 young carers in East Sussex alone and it is important these young people know they are not alone. East Sussex young carers offer a range of support interventions including in school support, signposting and workshops.

Seaford Downs Syndrome and Special Needs Group
This service offers support to all individuals with additional needs and their families.

Sussex Pathways
Sussex Pathways is a criminal justice charity working within prisons and communities with the aim of reducing offending behaviours and empowering ex-offenders to make positive life choices. They work with offenders and victims of crime mainly within East Sussex.

WOLO Foundation
Wolo Foundation help families living in Sussex through their cancer journeys. It supports them by offering practical help and support to make their day-to-day lives easier. It works with local businesses and communities to offer families a wealth of services to support them through their diagnosis, treatment and beyond.

Sussex Mental Healthline
The Sussex Mental Healthline is a 24/7 telephone service offering listening support, information and advice to anyone experiencing difficulties with their mental health. It offers support to those who may be in crisis or distress and in urgent need of help with their mental health.

Samaritans
24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the Samaritans is waiting for your call.

Child Bereavement UK
This service helps children, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.  The service supports children and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone affected by the death of a child.

Citizens Advice
This service gives people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are and whatever the problem. Here you can gain advice on debt and money, benefits, housing, law and immigration.

East Sussex Parent and Carer Forum
The new forum for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in East Sussex. The forum tries to ensure that every parent carer in East Sussex feels their voice and views are heard and that these contribute to improving and developing services.

Open for Parents
Open for Parents provides strategies, support and advice through the Triple P programme. Friendly practitioners offer courses, one- off groups, brief one-to-one support, drop-in sessions, tips and advice to help parents raise happy, confident children.

East Sussex Local Offer for children with SEND
An introduction to special educational needs and disability and how to access advice and support.

CZONE
Information for schools on a variety of topics including behaviour and attendance, the virtual school bag and school terms dates.

ISEND
The Inclusion Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (ISEND) front door where schools and education providers can request support for children and young people with additional needs or disabilities.

East Sussex Parent Carer Forum
This is the new forum for parents and carer’s of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in East Sussex.

CLASS
The Communication, Learning and Autism Support Service offers guidance and support to schools. CLASS can provide experienced advisers, high quality training and support to education settings and a link adviser to every primary and secondary school in East Sussex.

PSHE Hub Leads
Crucially at this time, PSHE Hubs provide an ideal avenue in which to learn from other schools, share best practice and support one another on the journey to effective full implementation of statutory RSHE. Supported by East Sussex Public Health, each PSHE Hub is aligned to Education Improvement Partnership (EIP) areas and is facilitated by one (or more) PSHE Hub coordinators (who are PSHE/senior leads within schools).
