Our care pathways
Children and Young People who meet our eligibility criteria following an assessment will be seen within a pathway depending on their current primary need.
Seven pathways are available to address specific needs. This is based on the child and young persons primary area of need. The seven pathways allow flexibility across the levels of service provision at any one time.
